OpenClaw Personal

Privacy Policy

Prepared October 20, 2026.

Atlas / OpenClaw Personal is a private, single-user AI assistant. It is not a public account service. This notice describes the assistant’s Google integrations and this informational website.

Google information and purposes

Subject to the permissions already granted and the owner’s instructions, the assistant can access:

Authorization permits access; it does not mean every listed service is actively used. The assistant may create or update information only within the existing grant and applicable owner approvals. This website does not request Google access or collect Google account content.

AI processing and sharing

Selected Google-derived information, task instructions, and assistant outputs may be sent to configured AI services, including OpenAI and, for delegated tasks, Anthropic. Processing may include generating responses, summaries, or searchable representations. Information therefore does not necessarily stay entirely on the owner’s device.

OpenAI and Anthropic publish no-training defaults for API data, but optional data-sharing programs, feedback, or bug submissions can permit model improvement or training. Provider defaults alone do not establish how a particular account is configured. Account-specific sharing controls, feedback history, and retention arrangements have not been verified for every configured provider account. This policy therefore does not guarantee that Google-derived information has never been used for model improvement or training.

Providers may retain inputs, outputs, and related records for service operation, safety review, legal obligations, or enabled storage features. Retention varies with the provider, model, feature, account settings, and applicable agreements. Some records may persist until separately deleted or for longer under policy exceptions. This notice promises neither zero provider retention nor a universal deletion deadline. Google and intended recipients also process information when the owner authorizes a communication or another connected-service action.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Assistant conversations, working records, summaries, cached service information, and related operational records may be stored locally and included in backups. There is no single automatic deletion deadline covering all of these records. Routine session maintenance can archive information without deleting it, and retained backups may outlive their original working copies.

The owner can review and manually remove appropriate local records. There is no public self-service deletion tool and no promise of immediate or comprehensive deletion from backups or external providers. Deleting an original Google item does not necessarily remove a cached copy, summary, conversation, or backup.

Control and revocation

The owner can revoke the application’s access through Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents further use of that grant; it does not automatically delete information already retained locally, in backups, or by service providers. Requests about data handling can be sent through Support.

Google Limited Use

OpenClaw Personal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The intended purpose is to provide the owner’s personal-assistant features. Selling Google-derived information, using it for advertising, or contributing it to generalized AI-model training is not an authorized purpose of this application.

The provider-account uncertainties described above are unresolved verification limits, not permission for prohibited use. Those controls must be confirmed consistent with applicable Google-data restrictions before provider processing can be represented as verified compliant. Publishing this notice does not establish that compliance.

This website and support

This static website uses no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, tracking cookies, external fonts, or third-party scripts. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary connection information to deliver and protect the website. If you email Support, your message is processed by the email-routing and destination-mailbox providers so it can be received and reviewed. Do not send passwords, authorization tokens, or other secrets.

This policy will be updated if these practices change.
